SONYA MELLON, 96, of Southfield,
died Feb. 18. Mrs. Mellon was a mem-
ber of the Franklin Hills Country Club
Land Temple Beth El.
She is survived by her daughter,
Hope Steinberg of Southfield; grand-
children Dr. Richard Steinberg and Dr.
Rachel Lenn, Charles and Susan
Steinberg, Dr. John and Debra
Steinberg; great-grandchildren Nola
Steinberg, Max and Colin Steinberg,
Sydney and Alex Steinberg.
Mrs. Mellon was the beloved wife of
the late Joseph Mellon.
Interment at Clover Hill Park

ANN NOVITZ, 94, of Bloomfield
Hills, died Feb. 16. Mrs. Novitz was a
life member of Temple Israel and a
member of Hadassah.
She is survived by her daughter and
son-in-law, Susan and Jerry Chapnick of
Bloomfield Hills; grandchildren Claire
Chapnick and Jerry Sorokin, Gary and
Michele Chapnick; brother and sister-
in-law Milton and Lillian Aichenbaum
of West Bloomfield. Mrs. Novitz was
the beloved wife of the late Dore

SOL OSEFF, 86, of Southfield, died
Feb. 16. Mr. Oseff was a children's
clothing manufacturer's representative.

He is survived by his daughters and
