An honors student at Hillel Day
School in Farmington Hills, David
plays on the basketball team and swims
for the JCC Marlins. David volunteers
for JARC and enjoys all outdoor activi-
ties, especially water skiing at Camp
Ramah in Canada.

Erica Lewis will be
called to the Torah as
a bat mitzvah on
Saturday, Jan. 30, at
Adat Shalom
Synagogue. She is
the daughter of
Karen and Scott
Lewis, sister of
Michael. She is the granddaughter of
Marcia and Charles Lewis and Elaine
and Ted Frazis. Great-grandmother is
Gertrude Gilbert.
Erica attends Orchard Lake Middle
School in West Bloomfield and enjoys
swimming, skiing, drama and softball.
Her most meaningful experience in
completing the 13 mitzvot program
was volunteering at Yad Ezra.
