Glencer-Kreis

Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Kreis of
Huntington Woods are pleased to
announce the engagement of their
daughter Dana Adrienne to Derrick
John Glencer, son of Ms. Nanette
Glencer and Mr. David Glencer.
Miss Kreis earned her juris doctor
from Detroit College of Law at

Michigan State University and practices
bankruptcy law at the offices of Trott &
Trott PC. Derrick earned a degree in
finance at Eastern Michigan University.
He is working as a manufacturers repre-
sentative at Narens Associates Inc.
A March wedding is planned at the
Dearborn Inn.

Adela and Jack Weisman of Bloomfield
Hills and Harvey Chayet of Orchard
Lake are delighted to announce the
engagement of their daughter Amy
Lynn to Brian Dale Shapiro, son of Niki
and Robert Shapiro of West Bloomfield.
Amy earned a bachelor of arts degree
in psychology from the University of
Michigan, and she received her juris
doctor from the John Marshall Law

School in Chicago. Amy is employed at
the law firm of Thurswell, Chayet &
Weiner in Southfield.
Brian earned a bachelor of arts
degree in hospitality management from
Eastern Michigan University. He is
employed as a senior mortgage banker
at Rock Financial in Bingham Farms.
A May wedding is planned at the
Ritz Carlton.

Miller Muchnick

Carole and Dr. Laurence Miller are
delighted to announce the engage-
ment of their daughter Nicole Elyse to
Robert Jon Muchnick, son of Roberta
and Ron Muchnick of New York City
and Margate, Nj.
Nicole earned her bachelor of arts
degree with high distinction from the
University of Michigan and her juris
doctor cum laude from the New York
School of Law. She is an attorney with

the New York City law firm of
LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene and McCrae.
Robert earned his bachelor of arts
degree at Syracuse University and his
juris doctor cum laude from the New
York School of Law. He is an attorney
with the New York law firm of
Epstein, Becker and Greene.
Following an August wedding at
Temple Israel, Nicole and Bobby will
reside in New York.

Beth Rochelle Weprin and Bradley
Howard Rosenberg were recently mar-
ried at the Temple Congregation
Shomer Emunim in Sylvania, Ohio.
Rabbis Alan Sokobin, Samuel Weinstein
and Cantor Judith Seplowin officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Robert Weprin of Toledo. The
groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. David
Rosenberg of West Bloomfield.
Kerri Saliman, sister-in-law of the
bride, was the matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Lara Danziger,
Valerie Miller, Jennifer Paine, Laura
Shanbom, Leslie Silverman and
cousins Hilari Lipton, Amy Weprin

and Corey Weprin.
The best man was Jeff Rosenberg,
brother of the groom. Ushers were
Mike Bernard, Mike Dorfman, Adam
Rosenbera b Mike Zachareas, brother
of the bride Cam Weprin and cousins
Scott Marx, Lawrence Rosenberg and
Mark Rosenberg. Also participating
in the ceremony were grandmothers
Norma Lipton and Ida Rosenberg as
well as aunt Sylvia Markel and uncle
Sidney Weingarden.
Following a honeymoon in the
Bahamas, the couple will reside in
Birmingham.
