The Mardi Gras benefit for the
Michigan Culinary Team and Scholar-
ship Fund will showcase the food of
nearly 25 restaurants, with each also
pairing choice wines ... for tasting by
everyone.
This year's Michigan Culinary
Team, which will compete in the
World Culinary Salon (Culinary
Olympics) in Berlin next year, 2000,
will be on hand to put out their good
looking and great tasting delicacies in
the Gold Salon ... The creativity and
knowledge that got them on the team
will be used in their elegant food
preparations for all to taste.
