74, of Southfield, died Dec. 9. Mr.
Udav was a writer and magazine
publisher of Key Magazine and a
advertising agency executive. He
was also a past president of Humi-
dor 45, past president of Key Maga-
zine, Inc. and was a Army Corporal
during WWII. Mr. Uday is survived
eby his wife, Sheryl Uday; daughters
and sons-in-law, Marcey Uday-Riley
and Thomas Riley of Bloomfield
Hills, Candice and Joel Sherbin-
Zwick of Tarzana, Calif., Terre
Mack of Tarzana, Calif.; grandchil-
