Roskind-Welker

Yvonne Welker and Jason Roskind
were recently married at Congregation
Ohel Moed of Shomrey Emunah in
West Bloomfield with Rabbi Steven
Weil of Young Israel of Oak Park offi-
ciating.
The bride, who is the daughter of .
Sarah Steibel of Israel, was escorted
down the aisle by Rabbi and Mrs.
Binyamin Antin of Southfield. The
groom is the son of Mrs. Sandi
Roskind of Oak Park and Dr. and
Mrs. William Roskind of Bloomfield
Township.

Attending the bride were Jill Kleid,
Tammy Novak, Estie Kleid, Penina
Maza and flower girls Shoshana
Sandweiss, Rivka Sandweiss and
Natanya Herschfus.
The groomsmen were Aaron Kleid,
Neil Kleid, Chaim Goldman and
ring-bearer Yosef Moshe Sandweiss.
The proud grandmother, Esther
Freedman was escorted by grandsons
Michael Roskind and Louis Roskind,
brothers of the groom.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Roskind are
residing in Chicago.

Friedman-Lison

Michelle Marie Lison and Daniel Ian
Friedman were recently married at
Temple Shir Shalom. Rabbi Dannel
Schwartz and Cantorial Soloist Penny
Steyer officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
Paul and Loretta Lison of Beverly
Hills. The groom is the son of Dr.
Sherwood and Beverly Friedman of
West Bloomfield.
Christina Lison, sister of the bride,
was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids
were Michelle Chiu, Jacqueline Lerner
and Nicole Tilchen. Mark Friedman,
brother of the groom, was the best

man. Groomsmen were Scott Gold-
smith, Jason Erhlich, Jason Katz,
Gabe Gelman and Matthew Horsley.
Also participating in the ceremony
were the bride's grandmother Eugenia
Lison and the groom's grandmothers
Dora Stein and Shirley Friedman.
Following a honeymoon in St.
Marteen, the couple, both graduates
of the University of Michigan, are
residing in San Francisco where
Daniel is third-year law student at the
University of San Francisco and
Michelle is an account executive with
Edelman Public Relations Worldwide.
