Merrily Lisbeth Gladner and Kenneth
Marc Gechter were recently married
in a garden ceremony at Temple Israel.
Officiating were Rabbis M. Robert
Syme and Paul Yedwab and Cantor
Harold Orbach.
The bride is the daughter of Albert
and Sharie Gladner of Southfield. The
groom is the son of Zelda Gechter of
Walled Lake and the late Lawrence
Gechter.
Attending her sister as matron of
honor was Nicole Wagner. Brides-
maids were Elise Gechter, sister-in-law
of the bride; Dina Baldwin, Tracey
Katzen, Olivia Dayinian, Jennifer
Brodsky and Naomi Shear.
Serving as best man was Kelly Wes- _
sell. Groomsmen were Ted Wagner,
brother-in-law of the groom, Irving
Stein and Matthew Beaman.
Merrily and Kenny were honored
to have their grandparents share in
their wedding day. Participating in the
ceremony were Merrily's grandparents,
Gertrude Gladner and Marillyn and
Lou Zucker along with Kenny's
grandfather Milton Shuster.
Merrily and Kenny honeymooned
in Washington state and Victoria,
British Columbia, and are residing in
Chicago.

Beth Scheinker and Jason Bryans were
recently married at the Dearborn Inn.
Rabbi David Castiglione of Temple
Beth El officiated.
Beth is the daughter of Miriam
Berenstein of Novi. Jason is the son of
Beverley and Charles Bryans of Wind-
sor, Ontario. The bride's sister, Shelly
Berenstein was the maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Jonna Cribari, Kim-
berley Davis, Polly Champion, Kristine
Hollister and Patricia Moran. Jason
Carpenter was the best man. Grooms-
men were Darryl Bryans, brother of
the groom, Mike Clavette, Peter Bitter,
Paul Hollister and Todd Moran. David
Graham, cousin of the bride, Larry
Mailloux, nephew of the groom, and
Matt Mailloux, nephew of the groom,
were ushers.
Also participating in the ceremony
were William and Susan Graham, aunt
and uncle of the bride; Kathy Mail-
loux, sister of the groom; Shirley and
Sidney Scheinker, grandparents of the
bride; Marcella Bryans, grandmother of
the bride; and Leon Hewitt.
Following their honeymoon in St.
Thomas, the couple will reside in
Novi.
