RAYMOND P. LAZAR, 84, of Oak

Park, died Sept. 3.
He is survived by his beloved wife,
Pearl Lazar of Oak Park; sons and
daughters-in-law, Bruce and Karen
Lazar of Farmington Hills, Dr. Daniel
and Janet Lazar of Farmington Hills;
grandchildren, David and Laura; many
loving nieces and nephews. Services
were held at Machpelah Cemetery
Chapel followed by interment in the
cemetery. Contributions can be made
to a charity of one's choice. Arrange-
ments by Dorfman Funeral Direction.

YETTA B. LEIB, 96, of Southfield,

died Sept. 1. Mrs. Leib was a retail
appliance executive. She was a member
of Hadassah, Women's American ORT,
Women's Division of Alpha Omega
Dental Fraternity and Adat Shalom .
Synagogue.
Mrs. Leib is survived by her sons
and daughter-in-law, Dr. Joel and Bar-
bara Leib of West Bloomfield, Maxwell
Leib of Southfield, Sheldon Leib of
Southfield; grandchildren, Cheryl and
Ronald Stern, Lisa and David Knoll,
Eric Leib; great-grandchildren, Nathan
and Sammy; brother and sister-in-law,
Lou and Miriam Benjamin of Long
Boat Key, Fla.; nieces and nephews,
Bernice and Bill Weiss, Francis Purl-
muter; brother-in-law and sisters-in-
law, Sidney and Marion Leib and
Helen Leib. She was the beloved wife
of the late Dr. George V. Leib. Inter-
ment at Adat Shalom Memorial Park.

59, formerly of Farmington Hills of
Riverwoods, Ill., died Sept. 4. Mr.
Lichtman was the founder and princi-
pal of Lichtman and Associates, a food
broker organization. He spent 20 years
in the coffee industry, serving as region
president of Superior Coffee and Foods
in Detroit and branch manager of
General Foods Corporation (Kraft
Foods). He also served as the president
of the Greater Detroit Chamber of
Commerce Food Industry Council,
director of the Michigan Restaurant
Association, president of the Gleaners
Food Bank and director of the Interna-
tional Foodservice Executives Associa-
tion. Mr. Lichtman was active in the
Illinois Automatic Merchandise Coun-
cil, the Michigan Distributors and
Vendors Association and the Wiscon-
sin Automatic Merchandise Council.
While living in Michigan, Mr. Licht-
man served on the Farmington School

Board for nine years and was president
of the Oakland County School Board.
He is survived by his wife, JoAnn
Lichtman; daughters and son-in-law,
Deborah Brownstein of Deerfield, Ill.,
Donna and Alex Gaidamak of Vernon
Hills, Ill.; grandchildren, Ashley
Brownstein and David Gaidamak;
brothers and sisters-in-law, Fred and
Naomi Lichtman of West Bloomfield,
Robert and Norma Lichtman of
Southfield.
Interment at Adat Shalom Memori-
al Park. Contributions may be made to

MONA LOFMAN, 82, of Oak Park,

died Sept. 1.
She is survived by her sons and
daughters-in-law, Bernard and Sherry
Lofman of West Bloomfield, Martin
and Gayle Lofman of West Bloom-
field; five grandchildren. She was the
beloved wife of the late Abraham Lof-
man.

Southfield, died Aug. 30.
She is survived by her husband,
