Ethiopian Teen

The Michigan Regional Advisory
Board of the Anti-Defamation League
will host its third Children of the
Dream Project to take place Oct. 7-
22. Four Israeli born teenagers of
Ethiopian heritage along with their
chaperone will visit the metropolitan
Detroit area.
Jewish youth and community'
groups may contact the ADL office to
express interest in preparing a program
and invite these young people to meet

Yad Ezra

Ron Elkus, owner of the Shirt Box in
Farmington Hills, will offer patrons an
opportunity to support Yad Ezra, the
kosher food pantry. He will donate 10
percent of the total sales from patrons
who make purchases on Thursday,
Sept. 10, and mention Yad Ezra.
The store hours will be 9:30 a.m.-8
p.m. on Sept. 10 to enable people to
take advantage of this opportunity.

Member Dinner

Is Slated

Zager-Stone-Tucker-Grant paid-up
membership dinner will be 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 12 at Big Daddy's
Parthenon. Guest speaker will be
Murray Feldman, Fox 2 newscaster.
It's free for those paid up for the
1998-99 membership year; $20 per per-
son for non-members. Those joining
the unit are paying $120 for couples;
$40 for females only; and anyone
belonging to another lodge/unit of
B'nai B'rith pays an "associate" mem-
bership fee of $5.
Membership in Zager-Stone-Tucker-
Grant Unit is for couples and singles in
their 50s and 60s. For information on
