FRIEND, 82, of Springfield, Ill.,
died Aug. 25.
Mrs. Goodfriend is survived by
her husband, William Goodfriend;
daughter, Eleanor Blum of Farming-
ton Hills; grandchildren, Beth and
Sara Blum, Deborah Kennedy, Marla
Goodfriend; sister, Thelma Eisen of
Pittsburgh. She was the loving moth-
er of the late Gary Goodfriend; the
dear sister of the late Lenore Tolstoi,
the late Samuela and the late Lessie.
Interment at Beth El Memorial
Park. Contributions may be made to
the Rabbi Richard Hertz Fund at
Temple Beth El. Arrangements by

MARVIN GOODMAN, 61, former
Detroiter of Boca Raton, Fla, died
Aug. 25.
He is survived by his wife, Faith;
sons and Brian and Tony; father,
Adolph Goodman and his wife,
Beatrice Goodman, all of Florida;
sister and brother-in-law, Pauline and
David Goodman of West Bloom-
.field.

MILDRED GORDON, 83, of
Southfield, died Aug. 31. Mrs. Gor-
don was in retail sales of ladies'
clothing.
She.is survived by her daughters
and son-in-law, Lynne and Henry
Guttentag of Fountain Valley, Calif.,
Ellen Fantich of Southfield; son, Dr.
Fred Gordon of Vail, Colo.; grand-
children, Steven Guttentag, Michael
and Marsha Guttentag, David Gut-
tentag, Keith Guttentag, Dr. Jeffrey
and Danielle Fantich, Daniel Fan-
tich, Carolann Fantich, James Fan-
tich, Zachary Gordon, Nicole Gor-
don, Rachel Gordon; great-grand-
children, Bradley Guttentag, Krista
Guttentag, Gabrielle Fantich, Julia
Fantich; brother and sister-in-law,
Joseph and Dee Forbes; sisters and
brother-in-law, Gwen Satz, Helen
and Samuel Weiner. She was the

beloved wife of the late Sidney Feld-
man, the late Philip Gordon and the
late Martin Barnett.
Interment at Machpelah Ceme-

DAVID GUREVICH, 75, of South-
field, died Aug. 29. Mr. Gurevich
was a medical doctor in Russia.
He is survived by his wife, Dora
Gurevich; son and daughter-in-law,
Eugene and Laura Gurevich; grand-
children, Dina and Bronna Gure-
vich.
Interment at Adat Shalom Memo-
rial Park. Arrangements by the Ira
Kaufman Chapel.

DANA C. HILSEN, 40, of Bloom-
field Hills, died Aug. 26.
She is survived by her mother,
Valerie Hilsen (Naomi Lewis) of
Bloomfield Hills; brother, Gary
Hilsen of Bloomfield Hills; sister and
brother-in-law, Arden and Jim Lough
of Commerce Twp. She was the
fit
beloved daughter of the late, Rudy
Hilsen; granddaughter of the late
Daniel and Helen Lewis and Kurt
and Eugenia Hilsen.
Services were held at Clover Hill
Park Cemetery Chapel in Birming-
ham followed by interment in the
cemetery. Contributions may be
made to the National Kidney Foun-
dation of Michigan, Inc., 2350
South Huron Parkway, Ann Arbor,
MI 48104, or to a charity of one's

JAMALL LEVITT, 54, of Sioux
City, Iowa, died Aug. 31.
Mrs. Levitt is survived by her hus-
band, Kenneth Levitt; sister, Sue-
hama Haddish; mother-in-law and
father-in-law, Harry and Jeannee
Levitt of West Bloomfield; sister-in-
law, Patti Shipp of West Bloomfield;
nephews and niece, Ben Haddish,
Ryan and Tracy Shipp.
Interment in Sioux City, Iowa.
