place for religious theme photography.
The photo was submitted to the Jew-
ish Federation of Greater Phoenix and
was displayed at the federation's cele-
bration of Israel's 50th anniversary
golden jubilee at the Scottsdale Civic
Center for the Arts. Gerald resides and
practices real estate brokerage in West
Bloomfield and Scottsdale.

the llth annual Berman Award for
Outstanding Professional Service for
a Jewish communal professional
employed by the Jewish Federation
or one of its agencies.
Nominees for the Berman Award
must have worked in the Detroit
Jewish community a minimum of
five years. They must have demon-
strated the highest professional stan-
dards in their chosen field, made a
contribution to the general good of
the Jewish community and displayed
leadership and innovation to their
profession.
Nominations may be submitted
by letter to the selection committee
