Passover Themes
Are Studied

Rabbi Rod Glowgower will present a
rabbinic text study session on Passover
themes as part of "RSVP: Rabbinic
Sources, Visionary Perspectives" 10:30
a.m.-noon Tuesday, March 31, at the
Kahn JCC. The series is co-sponsored
by Congregation B'nai Moshe.
The usual minimum enrollment
requirement for this series is four ses-
sions, but students may register for the
special pre-Passover study session for a
one-time fee: $10 for members of
B'nai Moshe and the JCC; $12 for
others. The subject will be the
Passover Haggadah.

ment group, which is offered free of
charge to any member of the Jewish
community 7:30-9:30 p.m. Thurs-
days, April 23-June 11.

Chocolate Lovers
Taste Treats

The 14th annual Chocolate Extrava-
ganza will be held on Sunday, April
26, at the Morris Lawrence Hall,
Washtenaw Community College,
4800 East Huron River Drive, Ann
Arbor Township.
Special attractions this year are
Zonya Foco, nutritionist and author,
who will share her secrets on "How to
enjoy chocolate every single day with-
out guilt;" and live music played by
Community High School Jazz band.
There will be three identical tast-
ing sessions: (1) 12-1:30 p.m.; (2) 2-
3:30 p.m.; and (3) 4-5:30 p.m. Tick-
ets are $14.50 if purchased in
advance or $17 at the door. The
admission price includes samples
from each of the exhibitors and the
demonstration.

This event is sponsored by the Ann
Arbor Chapter of Hadassah. All pro-
ceeds will go towards pediatric med-
ical research at Hadassah's Mt. Scopus
