BONDY GROSS, 92, of Bloomfield
Hills, died March 13. Mr. Gross was
a dry cleaning executive.
He is survived by his son, Dr.
George Gross of Avon, Colo.; daugh-
ter, Diane Krome; grandchildren, Dr.
Robert Gross, Major Laura Gross,
Dr. Jonathan and Sara Krome,.
'harles Krome, Amy and Anthony
Hammond; great-grandchildren,
Benjamin and Harrison Krome. Mr.
Gross was the beloved husband of
the late Anna Gross and the late Stel-
la Gross.
Interment at Star of David Ceme-
tery in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Contri-

LOUIS HYMAN, 72, of West
Bloomfield, died March 16.
He is survived by his wife, Estelle;

Randee and Jeff Kovacs of West
`'Bloomfield; brothers and sisters-in-
law, Leon and Gazelle Hyman of
Berkley, Charles and Martha Hyman
of Tarpon Springs, Fla., Dave and
Dorothy Hyman of Camden, Mich.;
sisters, Rae Glickoff of Dearborn
Hts., Adele Silorey of Dearborn;
grandchildren, Lauren, Kimberly and
Jason Kovacs, Kara Hahn, Abigail
and Margaux Hyman.
Interment at Hebrew Memorial
Park. Contributions may be made to
City of Hope or a charity of one's
choice. Arrangements by Hebrew

SALLY ANN SHIOVITZ JACK-
SON, 91, former Detroiter of
Camarillo, Calif., died Feb.23. She
m tvas a retired bookkeeper who did
volunteer work. She helped form the
Camarillo chapter of Brandeis Uni-
versity Woman's Club, was its finan-
cial secretary and was the first
woman honored by them as Woman
of the Year. She taught at the Gate-
wood School in Camarillo for over
10 years. She helped transcribe books

into Braille. She was also a member
of the Council of Jewish Women.
She is survived by her daughter
and son-in-law, Susan and Alvin
Cohen of Westlake Village, Calif.;
sons and daughter-in-law, Douglas,
Richard E. and Lynne of Woodland
Hills, Calif.; grandchildren, Tony
Cohen, Michael and Eric Jackson of
California; brothers and sisters-in-
law, Harry and Shirley Shiovitz of
Southfield, Dr. Louis and Belleen
Shiovitz of Birmingham; sister and
brother-in-law, Pearl and Carl
LeVine of Silver Spring, Md.
Interment at Forest Lawn Ceme-
tery in California. Services at Mount
Sinai Memorial Park and Mortuary.

SAUL JACOBS, 80, of Nurenberg,
Germany, died March 6.
He is survived by his daughter and
son-in-law, Annette and Ted Brod of
Oak Park; son and daughter-in-law,
Jack and Eileen Jacobs of Brooklyn,
N.Y.; brother and sister-in-law,
Adolph and Ruth Jakubowicz of
Nurenberg; grandchildren, Michelle
(Kevin) Raisch, Brain Soloway,
Pamela Soloway, Matthew Jacobs,
Ryna Jacobs; great-grandchildren,
Jessica and Zachary. Graveside ser-
vices were held at Adat Shalom
Cemetery in Livonia.
Contributions may be made to a
charity of one's choice. Arrangements
by Dorfman Funeral Direction.

SZMUL JUTKIEWICZ, 77, of Oak
Park, died March 15.
He is survived by his wife, Hela;
son, William Isadore Jutkiewicz;
daughter, Regina Jutkiewicz; brother,
Moshe Jutkiewicz of Paris, France.
Interment at Hebrew Memorial

ROSE KULEFSKY, 98, of St. Louis,
Mo., died March 7.
She is survived by her children,
Rabbi Jacob and Sara Kulefsky of
Baltimore, Md., Sybil and Moshe
Carmen of Oak Park, Rita and Sid-
ney Bresler of St. Louis, Maida and
Leon Sutton of Brooklyn, N.Y.; sis-
ter, Esther Miller; grandchildren;
great-grandchildren; great-great-
grandchildren. She was the beloved
wife of the late Nathan Kulefsky; sis-
ter and sister-in-law of the late Sylvia
and Morris Green, the late Laike and
Charles Kaplan and the late Hy
Miller.
