ing Fish Tavern, that recently opened
on Orchard Lake Road and Maple, for-
mer site of Memphis Smoke, has a sim-

much larger fish selection ... Dining
room is managed by Unique Restau-
rant Corporation partner Mac Forrest,
with executive chef/partner John
