new Mazel Tov section. If you're celebrating an en-
gagement, wedding, bar or bat mitzvah, brit, baby
naming, special anniversary or 100th (or older) birth-
day, send us a short letter briefly describing the event,
including your name, phone number and a photo-
graph of any size of the person(s). If we choose you,

slides to illustrate the collaboration
between Russian Jewish artists and
Yiddish writers in the Soviet Union
from 1917-1960.

Educators Workshop

The Agency for Jewish Education
invites Jewish educators to its next
NIRIM Professional Enrichment
workshop 7:30-9 p.m. Wednesday,
Jan. 28, at the AJE in Southfield.
The workshop, "Ready Set Dance
and Sing" will introduce new songs,
dances and techniques to teachers to
add ruach (spirit) in their class-
rooms. No musical training is
required.
The session will be presented by
Raiselle Snow, music specialist at
Congregation Shaarey Zedek reli-
gious school and Adat Shalom
Synagogue nursery school.
Those educators enrolled in the
AJE's NIRIM Professional
Enrichment Program will receive two
units. The workshop is free of
charge. Pre-registration with the
school director is required. For infor-
