Carri Bernstein
Carri Nicole Bernstein will cele-

Abraham Hillel Moses. Carri is the
daughter of Nita
and Randy
Bernstein, the sis-
ter of Matthew,
and the grand-
daughter of Lillian
and Oscar

Sylvia and Isadore Bernstein.
Carri is a student at Norup
Middle School. She enjoys swim-
ming and basketball.
Gary Shuster
Gary Franklin Shuster will become
bar mitzvah at Temple Israel on
Saturday, Dec. 6. He is the son of
Denise and Dr. Steven Shuster,
brother of Mark and grandson of
Thelma and Dr. Harold Shuster and
Virginia Mehr and the late Leonard

As part of his
mitzvah projects,
he volunteered at
Temple Israel.
Gary is a student
at Orchard Lake
Middle School
and plays soccer and the drums; he
also enjoys computers and aggres-
sive skating.
Elizabeth Layne
Elizabeth Anne Layne will celebrate
her bat mitzvah at Temple Israel on
Friday, Dec. 5. She is the daughter
of Jacqueline and

sister of Jonathon,

donating children's clothes to the
