Shalom. Rabbi Nelson and Cantor
Greenbaum will
lead services.
Participating in the

Jordan's parents
Jerry and Caryn,
and his sister
Lindsay.
Grandparents are
Fred and Shirley Geen of
Commerce Township and Edwin
and Marilyn Acker of Huntington
Woods.
A party will be held at the
Franklin Racquet Club.
Jordan is a student at Norup
Middle School and attends Hebrew
school at Beth Shalom. He is active
in sports, music and computers.

Michael Sweet
Michael Benjamin Sweet of West
Bloomfield will be bar mitzvah at
Temple Shir Shalom on Saturday,
Oct. 18. Michael is the son of
Donna and Paul Sweet and brother
of Lori Sweet. The
grandparents are
Arthur and Pepi
Sweet.
As part of his
bar mitzvah pro-
ject, Michael vol-
unteered at COTS
homeless shelter.
Michael is an honor student at
Orchard Lake Middle School. His
favorite subjects are science and
math.
Michael will celebrate his bar
•mitzvah by going to Israel with his
parents, sister and grandparents.
