rolled in the Brotherhood-Eddie
Jacobson B'nai B'rith Bowling League
at Country Lanes in Farmington
Hills.
Not only was the 300 game the
first for Eric Goldberg, but also the
first in the league's history.
Goldberg sandwiched the perfect
game between games of 227 and 200,
and finished with a 727 series.

For Youngsters
Tryouts for the WaCo Wolves 10 and
under travel team will take place
throughout the fall and winter for the
1998 season.
The travel/tournament team will
play two out-of-state tournaments, 4-5
local tournaments, and 45-50 games
altogether. Players need to be from the
southern Oakland County area for the
Wayne County league.

Set For Nov. 2
The Oak Park Recreation Department
is holding its third annual 5K run on
Sunday, Nov. 2, at 9 a.m. Registration
is at 8:30.
There are six divisions for men and
women, and the race is open to all
ages. Registration cost is $10 in
advance and $12 Nov. 2.
