SYLVIA GOREN, 87, of West

Bloomfield, died Sept. 9.
She is survived by sons and daugh-
ters-in-law, Hershel Goren of Shaker
Heights, Ohio, Aaron and Sherry
Goren of Farmington Hills, Kal and
Miriam Goren of Bloomfield Hills;
grandchildren, Rick and Lisa. She was
the beloved wife of the late Phillip
Goren. Graveside services were held at
the Hebrew Memorial Park Cemetery
in Mt. Clemens. Contributions may
be made to a charity of one's choice.

HAYWOOD HELLMAN, 83, of

Southfield, died Sept. 11. Mr.
Hellman was a millinery buyer for
Drake Inc.
He is survived by his wife of 57
years, Norma Hellman; daughters and
sons-in-law, Barbara and Stephen
Hoffman of Farmington Hills, Jeri
and Jerome Magid of Huntington
Woods; grandchildren, David and
Rohina Hoffman, Daniel Hoffman,
Robin Reeves and Eli Magid.

BERNARD LEIB, 69, of Livonia,
died Sept. 16. Mr. Leib was a retired

furniture salesman at House of Oak
and Pine. He was a member of the
American Legion, Jewish War Veterans
and B'nai B'rith.
Mr. Leib is survived by his daugh-
ters and sons-in-law, Michelle Listim,
Denise and Robert Propes of Livonia,
Renee and Brian Reilly of Redford;
grandchildren, Yaniv Listim, James
