multaneously? Try the Arab-Israeli conflict, this week, the subject
of Professor Raymond Tanthr's talk at the singles Shabbat service
(Aug. 22, 8 p.m., Congregation Beth Abraham Hillel Moses).
Tanter teaches courses on the Arab-Israeli conflict and interna-
tional security affairs through the University of Michi.gan's Middle
East Center. Before that, he was a senior staffmember of the National
Security Council, during the Reagan administration.
