SHIRLEY SITNER, 86, of
Southfield, died July 30. Mrs.
Sitner was a volunteer at the
Sinai Hospital and Providence
Hospital gift shops.
She is survived by her son
and daughters-in-law, Dr.
Jerome and Barbara Sitner of
Bloomfield Hills; daughter,
Marilyn Schneid of Walled
Lake; grandchildren, Melinda
Schneid, Dr. Jay Schneid,
Elyssa and Howard Halpern,
Scott and Amy Sitner, Harley
Sitner; great-grandchildren,
Claudia Lynn Halpern and
Alexander Hayden Sitner. Mrs.
Sitner was the beloved wife of
the late Harry Sitner.
Interment at Beth Tefilo
Emanuel. Contributions may
be made to the Providence Hos-
pital Cancer Fund, 16001 West
Nine Mile Road, Southfield, MI
48075. Arrangements by the
Ira Kaufman Chapel.

FRANCES WOLNEZ
TESSLER, formerly of South-

field of Flagstaff, Ariz., died
Aug. 3.
She is survived by her sons
and daughter-in-law, Paul and
Psylvia Tessler of Flagstaff,
Richard Tessler of San Diego;
grandchildren, Julie (Carl) Wil-
son, Brandon Tessler, Adam
Tessler. She was the beloved
wife of the late Albert Tessler.
Services were held at Clover
Hill Park Cemetery Chapel in
Birmingham followed by inter-
ment in the cemetery. Contri-
butions may be made to the
Northern Arizona Home Care
Hospice, 1200 N. Beaver Street,
Flagstaff, AZ 86001. Arrange-
ments by Dorfman Funeral Di-
rection.

SUSAN ELAINE WEINGAR-
DEN, 60, of Southfield, died

July 31.
She is survived by her hus-
band, Arnold Weingarden;
mother, Ida Gollman of South-
field; daughter and son-in-law,
Leslie and Jim Whittaker of
Lansing; brother, Ronald Goll-
man of Farmington Hills.
Contributions may be made

at Machpelah Cemetery in Fer-
