THE IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL approach
of personal service and involvement.
U
nder the best of circumstances, time moves so
swiftly that we don't even notice until the leaves
begin to fall or the snow starts to melt. But,
planning ahead makes the change in any season
more bearable.
THE IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL has the knowledge
and expertise to satisfy your requirements of a
Pre-Arranged Funeral.
THE KAUFMAN COMMUNITY CORNER
AMERICAN ARABIC and JEWISH FRIENDS
A Program of
The Greater Detroit Interfaith Round Table
The American Arabic and Jewish Friends organization was
established in 1981 to promote greater understanding between our
two communities in Southeastern Michigan. We welcome as members
all American citizens of Arabic and Jewish descent who support this
objective, regardless of their views on other issues.
"The Friends" promote cultural, educational and social awareness
through youth programs; sponsor forums and the regular "Friends
Are Talking" Luncheons; award scholarships to high school seniors
of Arabic and Jewish descent; host an Annual Dinner to raise funds
for college scholarships for our youths and present Community
Service Awards to leaders of each community.
For more information about joining The Friends, or to contribute to the
scholarship fund, contact Christine Reid (313) 869-6306.
