my a few of the 275 revelers who showed
up for a Purim ball last weekend at the
Jewish Community Center donned cos-
tumes.
That didn't dampen the festive spirit. Every-
body danced to the strains of the Israeli jazz fu-
sion band Esta and local band RH Factor until
well after 1 a.m.
A portion of the party's proceeds will go to the
Jewish Federation's Young Adult Division (YAD)
health education program for Ethiopian im-
migrants in Israel. ' •
