"Healthy Sleep Habits for 1997."
A short video will be shown and
hand-outs will be given. There

On Thursday, Dec. 19, at 1
p.m. at the JPM, the Yiddish
Culture Club will meet. There is
no charge.
Vivian Stollman, accompa-
nied by Sonny Lipenholtz, will
lead the senior choir on Mon-
days at 12:30 p.m. at the JPM.

Socials are held every
Wednesday at 10 a.m. There is
a charge.
Adult art classes are held
every Monday, Wednesday and
Friday from 9 a.m.-noon. There
is a Jewish Community Center
fee and non-member fee which

Senior Events
The Enhanced Generation of
Congregation Beth Shalom will
host Cantor Samuel Green-
baum, 9:30 a.m. Wednesday,
Dec. 18. He will sing "Songs of
Warmth and Happiness." Cof-
fee and bagels will precede the
program. The current events
group led by Phyllis Young will
be at 11 a.m.
Beit Kodesh
Women Meet
The Congregation Beit Kodesh
Sisterhood will meet 7:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 17, at the syna-
gogue.
Following the general meet-
ing, a bingo social will be held,
and prizes will be awarded. Re-
freshments will be served.
