settles in to its new digs,
which opened in April to the
tune of $36 million in restora-
tion costs.
Following load-out of West
Side Story, the Detroit Opera
House and Michigan Opera
Theatre will kick off Communi-
ty Week the next day, Monday,
Nov. 25. It will run through Sat-
urday, Nov. 30.
If you haven't had the oppor-
tunity to yet visit the fully
restored 2,700-seat regal
surroundings of the Detroit
Opera House, you now have a

ebrate the talent of metro De-
troit's musicians, singers and
