Astronaut

Dr. Mae C. Jemison, former
NASA astronaut and founder of
the Jemison Group Inc., will be
the featured speaker at the
American Jewish Committee's
Institute of Human Relations
Dinner, 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19,
at the Westin Hotel in Detroit,
honoring GM vice president and
civic leader, Roy S. Roberts.
During the reception preced-
ing the dinner, the Detroit Chil-
dren's Choir will perform.
The proceeds from this $200
per reservation tribute dinner
will benefit the American Jew-
ish Committee. The ticket price
includes the reception, dinner
and complimentary parking at
the Westin Hotel for advance
reservations.
