Greenbaum will discuss "Perfor-
mance Breakthroughs for Ado-
lescents" on Sunday, Nov. 3, at
10 a.m.. at the Jewish Commu-
nity Center of Washtenaw Coun-

focus on Drs. Markel and Green-
baum's new book that encourages
students to "break away from
negative thoughts and expecta-

out of old habits that interfere
with academic success, and break

Is Planned

The Washtenaw County JCC's
Colossal Computer Sale will be
held on Sunday, Oct. 13, from
9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Washtenaw
Community College's Morris
Lawrence Building, as a major
fund-raiser for the JCC.

the computer sale (and have an
early preview of the equipment

Women Plan
Kick-Off Event

The Women's Division of the
Jewish Federation of Washtenaw
County will Dig It at its kick-off
event on Monday evening, Oct.
28, at 8 p.m. at the Ann Arbor
Women's City Club, 1830 Washt-
enaw Avenue.
Elaine Gazda from the Uni-
versity of Michigan's Kelsey Mu-
seum and Elise Friedland,
visiting assistant curator, will
give a preview of the Zippori ex-
hibit, an archaeological find lo-
cated in central Galilee.
Women who have contributed
$365 will have dinner at 6 p.m.
at Jane Lieberthal's house with
the curators. For reservations,
