When Jack passed on in 1983,
it became strictly a storage place
for boats and wooden cradles.
Nobody could have envisioned
it as a restaurant ... That is, no-
body but brothers Tom and Mike
LeFevre.
They took a ride in search of a
spot for folks to dine and came
across this place with its dirt roads
and dingy-looking surroundings
amid Jack's Emerald City Mari-
na.
Tom and Mike took over an
empty mess in October 1993,
paved the dirt road leading to
their restaurant, and opened April
20, 1994.
