Michael.

NORBERT GOLDBERG, 82,

of Southfield, died May 17.
Mr.Goldberg was the loving
brother of the late Martin,
Kalman and Oscar. He is sur-
vived by his sister, Kala Katz
of Israel; companion and sis-
ter-in-law, Rena Goldberg of
Farmington Hills; sisters-in-
law, Hedy and Manilla.

ory of his parents and broth-

IVA HOPTMAN, 79, of

Southfield, died May 16. Mrs.
Hoptman was a member of the
Mezeritcher Society and a for-
mer member of Adat Shalom
Synagogue. She was the
beloved wife of the late
Charles Hoptman.
Mrs. Hoptman is survived
by her sons, Steven of Farm-

BERNARD KRAMER, 69, of

Southfield, died May 16. He
was the owner of Marwil Book-
store in Detroit for 13 years.
He is survived by his wife,
Lily; sons and daughter-in-
law, Brian of Southfield,
Howard and Sally of San Fran-
cisco; daughter and son-in-law,
Aviva Kramer and Robert
Hays of Chicago; sister and
brother-in-law, Rita and Ted
Pollack of Dallas.
Services were held at Clover
Hill. Park Cemetery Chapel in
Birmingham followed by inter-
ment in the cemetery. Contri-

can ORT, was active in Hadas-
sah, recorded books for the
blind, was active with the

She was the beloved wife of
the late Charles Lapides, the
loving daughter of the late Ja-
cob and Elizabeth Scholnick.
Mrs. Lapides is survived by
her daughter and son-in-law,
Sharon and Ronald Herman of
Bloomfield Hills; son and
daughter-in-law, Dr. Harvey
and Christina of Oakland,
Calif.; grandchildren, Lizbeth
Forgacs-Bernhardt and Victor
Bernhardt, Eric Herman,
Pamela Herman, Chad, Amy
and Heather Lapides; great-
grandchildren, Ashley, Bran-
don and Logan; sister, Rose
