will present its Annual
Fund—Raising Concert to benefit
the Music Department. David
Syme and his musicians will per-
form a selection of "Jewish Music
Then and Now."
Tickets for this concert can be

evening of the performance at the
temple. Admission is $10.

eran organizations in Michigan
for the annual street sales of pop-
pies on Thursday and Friday,
May 16-17.
Proceeds from the sales are
used to assist hospitalized vet-
erans and their families.

Center will host Dr. Leon War-
shay, the vice-president of the
Zionist Organization of Metro-
politan Detroit and a sociology
professor, on Monday, May 13, at
1 p.m. Dr. Warshay will speak on
Jerusalem and the peace process.
An Israeli-style appetizer of hum-
mus and pita will be served to
those in attendance. There is a
charge.
On Thursday, May 23, JPM
will sponsor a trip to West Bloom-
field to see the play Social Secu-
rity by Andrew Bergman. The
group ticket price includes round-
trip transportation. The bus
leaves JPM at 1 p.m. Advance
