a small bowl. Using 2 tablespoons
margarine, generously coat your
4 pieces of matzot on one side,
then top the same side by sprin-
kling with cinnamon/sugar mix-
ture. In a small pan, melt the rest
of the margarine or butter; re-
move from heat. Using the same
saucepan, add toasted sesame
seeds, honey and almonds; mix
thoroughly. Now, place your
coated matzot, sugared side down
on broiler pan. Take your sesame
seed mixture and spread on the
plain side or up side of matzot,
making sure to cover entire mat-
zot with mixture. Be sure to
work as quickly as possible be-
cause the mixture will become
hard to spread. Bake in broiler
for approximately 1 to 3 minutes.

Heat the oil over medium heat
for about 30 seconds and add the
onion. Saute the onion and the
celery until limp and light brown,
about 5 minutes. Add the garlic
and saute for about 30 seconds.
Lower the heat and add the re-
maining ingredients; let the
sauce cook uncovered for about
15 minutes, stirring occasional-
ly. After the sauce has cooked, re-
move from heat and leave sauce
uncovered. While the sauce cooks
up, prepare the filling.
