FARMINGTON

prides himself on having a gourmet Chi-
nese restaurant with many of the favorites
like p e anut butter sauce on ice cream both
made by him. The Great Wall serves ex-
otic drinks and cocktails and has a pri-
‘ote dining loom for banquets. parties and
business meetings. It is open for business-
men's luncheon and dinner with full carry
cut and catering available.

FARMINGTON HILLS

Buddy's Pizza, 31646 Northwestern
Hwy., Farmington Hills, 855-4604.
Among the fastest growing chains in the
Midwest, Buddy's Pizza now has six sit-
down and three carry-out locations. Ai-
though Buddy's is highly ranked for its
award-winning pizza, the menu is wide-
ly diversified with turkey burgers, char-
grilled chicken, Caesar salad, pasta crab
salad, stuffed potato skins, meat balls,
pasta, etc.

Cafe Cortina, 30715 W. Ten Mile,

and son Adrian are rightfully proud of their
fine Italian restaurant with its romantic am-
biance. Original family r ec ipes are pre-
pared for discerning diners by Chef
Vincenzo Bassonetti. The private garden
room with adjacent patio for appetizers
and cocktails is used for receptions, re-
hearsals, bar mitzvahs, etc. Dishes from
the Veneto region of Italy are prepared
and presented with choice elegance.

This is the former location of Roman Ter-
race II in the Halsted Village Plaza. Fam-
ily dining, late night menu, children's menu
and daily lunch and dinner specials are
featured. General manager is the same
Bob MacDonald, owner of the previous
original Roman Terrace and Roman Ter-
race II. The casual fun atmosphere includes
large screen television, darts and video
games, along with heart healthy dishes
and complete lunch and dinner menus. It
is open seven days, also becoming quite
known for the J. J. Pepper's Seasoned
French Fries, 1/2 pound burgers, pizza,
salads and variety of sandwiches. Thurs-
dory nights are College Night from 9 p.m
