TAP (Teens and Parents) Series.
The program will be held on Sun-
day, Dec. 17, at Ealy School. A

vided at 9:30 a.m. and the pro-
gram will run from 10 a.m.-noon.
Developed and coordinated by
the Agency for Jewish Educa-
tion's Jewish Experiences For
Families, TAP is a three-part se-
ries designed to offer high school
students and their parents op-
portunities to meet other teens
and parents from the same con-
gregation while learning and dis-
cussing relevant and timely
issues in a Jewish context.
Temple Kol Ami parents and
teens not currently attending
the Religious High School are
welcome to participate. There is
no charge for the program; how-
ever, an $18 donation to the Re-
ligious School will be
appreciated. Families also are in-

Teen Hebrew Tutorial classes will
be offered next semester at the
Agency for Jewish Education's
Midrasha Center for Adult Jewish
Learning to young people at least
13-years-old who have attended ei-
ther Hebrew day schools or have
had a past Hebrew supplementary
education and are interested in en-
riching their Hebrew language ex-
perience.
The classes will be held on Sun-
days between noon and 4 p.m. The
tutorial class enables every student
to progress at his/her own pace,
work on those aspects of the lan-
guage that need to be reinforce, and
to study from materials tailored to
his/her interest and level.
The tutorial class will consist
of no more that six students,
each of whom is personally in-
terviewed and tested to asses
his/her level and goals, person-
al learning style and interests.
Ms. Goutkovitch selects and
prepares materials tailored to
each student.The materials are
all student-friendly with an at-
tached vocabulary list, gram-
matical explanation and
diversified exercises. Ms.
Goutkovitch spends time with
each student during the class
hour discussing the work to be
done. Each student is given a
specific assignment based on
his/her level. For details about
times and location of Hebrew
classes, call the Midrasha office,
