program of informal Jewish
learning opportunities. Home
chavurot meet in private homes
every night of the week in Hunt-
ington Woods, Franklin and West
Bloomfield.Topics include Torah
text study, Mishna, Jewish law,
Maimonides and mysticism.
Lunchtime study sessions are
held at the corporate offices of
Sherman Shoes every Wednes-
day noon and at The Jewish
News offices every Thursday
noon.
In addition, Aish offers a week-
ly fax which deals with the par-
sha of the week. The fax gives an
overview of the parsha, an insight
as well as local Jewish learning
opportunities, candlelighting

Science Views
Trial Verdict
Dr. Werner Spitz, a forensic
pathologist, and Dr. Emanuel
Tanay, a forensic psychiatrist,
will discuss the O.J. trial and
verdict from the perspective of
their scientific disciplines. The
program will be Sunday, Nov. 19,
7:30 p.m. at the Unitarian
Church of Grosse Pointe. It is
sponsored by the Grosse Pointe
Jewish Council.

B'nai Moshe
Western Night
Congregation B'nai Moshe will
