AJC Marks
Anniversary

In celebration of the Detroit
Chapter of the American Jewish
Committee's 50th Anniversary
and in appreciation of the chap-
ter memberships participation in
the 1995 annual campaign, a spe-
cial musical program has been
planned for Sunday, Dec. 3. AJC
friends and members are invited
to spend an afternoon with the
Bridge Ensemble beginning at
3:30 p.m. at Temple Beth El.
The ensemble includes two
Russian-born Jewish musicians
and two American-born artists.
The ensemble members chose the
name Bridge because they are
building a bridge between Russ-
ian and American musical cul-
tures.
There will be an afterglow talk-
back for patron contributors. For
ticket information for the cham-
ber music afternoon or to become
a patron helping to celebrate
AJC's 50 years in Detroit, call
Sharon Shapiro, (810) 646-7686.
