Senator Talks
To Seniors

The Jimmy Prentis Morris Jew-
ish Community Center will pre-
sent State Senator Gary Peters
speaking on "Moving Towards a
Senior Citizen Bill of Rights."
This program will take place on
Monday, Nov. 20, at 1 p.m. and
is free of charge.
Senator Peters is in his first
term in the Michigan State Sen-
ate representing the 14th district
including Berkley, Bloomfield
Township, Southfield, and Oak
Park. One of his first projects has
been to work on a bill of rights
for senior citizens. Senator Pe-
ters will address political chal-
lenges to senior citizens in
Michigan and the United states
today.

and family history at Temple
Beth-El on Sunday, Nov. 19,

shops: 1:45 to 2:45 p.m. Geneal-
ogy and Computers; 1:45 to 2:45
p.m. Introduction to Genealogy;
3 to 4 p.m. Family Reunion Plan-
