Directions:
Whip (very fast speed) butter
and sugar. Add slowly eggs,
whipped cream, corn and flour
until the dough becomes soft.
Cover a pastry mold with but-
ter and then flour. Pour the
dough into it. Bake at 175 C for
75 minutes. Take out of mold
and let cool down over a pastry
cooling rack. Decorate the top
