HAROLD MORAN, 82, of
Tamarac, Fla., died Aug. 14. He
was a commander of the Jewish
War Veterans for the State of
Michigan from 1948-1949. He is
survived by his wife, Malvern
(Atlas); daughters and son-in-
law, Paula Beth and Elliott
Goldberg of West Bloomfield,
Abby of New York; grandchil-
dren, Gedaliah Friedenberg of
Brooklyn, N.Y., Brant Frieden-
berg of West Bloomfield. Grave-

ELIZABETH POSNER, 79, of
Bloomfield Hills, died Aug. 13.
Mrs. Posner was an attorney
and the founding and senior
partner of Posner, Posner & Pos-
ner. The practice has been locat-
ed in the Penobscott Building
since 1946. A graduate of Wayne
Law School in 1938, she worked
for the War Labor Board in
World War II and moved to Of-
fice Price Administration. After
the war, she joined husband in
practice and formed Posner &
Posner. In 1974, their son joined
the firm making it the first hus-
band-wife-son legal partnership
in the state of Michigan.

of the late Ben Rosenthal and
