A graduate of Wayne Law School in 1938, she worked for the War Labor Board in World War II and moved to Of- fice Price Administration. After the war, she joined husband in practice and formed Posner & Posner. In 1974, their son joined the firm making it the first hus- band-wife-son legal partnership in the state of Michigan.
