ANNE JACOBS, 87, of South-
field, died Aug. 5. She was the
beloved wife of the late Albert
E. Jacobs. She is survived by
her son and daughter-in-law,
Dr. Milton M. and Carolyn of
West Bloomfield; daughters and
sons-in-law, Shirlee and Henry
Katz of Bradenton, Fla., Nancy
and Dr. Albert Korby of Far in-
ington Hills; brother and sister-
in-law, Harry and Lee Bragman
of Southfield; grandchildren,
Dr. Ram:WI (Karen) Jacobs,
Pamela (Ari) Freed, Lisabeth
Jacobs (fiance Mark Bulmash),
Leslye Jacobs, Dr. Richard
(Shelly) Katz, Jodi (Michael)

were held at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery Chapel in Birming-
ham followed by interment in
the cemetery. Contributions

ISADORE LEVIN, 90, former
Detroiter of Los Angeles, died
June 3. Mr. Levin was a former
employee of the IRS. He was a
founder and past president of
Shomrey Emunah and a mem-
ber of the board of Yeshiva Beth
Yehudah. Mr. Levin had been
honored by Ponevez Yeshiva in
Israel, Yeshiva Ohr Eishonon
and Chabad in Los Angeles and
Shaare Zedek Hospital in
Jerusalem. He is survived by
his wife, Lillian; son and daugh-
ter-in-law, William and Linda;
daughter and son-in-law, Diana
and Dr. Sam Hirt; grandchil-
dren, Carl and Jason Levin,
Lance, Tiffanie, Darrin, Ari,
Edon Hirt, Rayme Isaacs; six
great-grandchildren; brother,
Henry of Miami. Interment was
in Jerusalem. Contributions
may be made to Yeshiva 01w
Eichonon in Jerusalem; or Pon-
evez Yeshiva in Bnai Brak, Is-
rael.
BERMAN M. LIPSON 83, of
Bloomfield Hills, died Aug. 4.
Mr. Lipson was an accountant
and a member of Muture Min-
glers. He was the beloved hus-
band of the late Sylvia Lipson.
Mr. Lipson is survived by his
daughter, Laurie Landy of
Washington, D.C.; brother and
sister-in-law, Alex and Honora
of West Bloomfield; sister and
brother-in-law, Shirley and
David Berkowitz of Carlsbad,
Calif. Interment at Clover Hill
Park Cemetery. Memorial con-
tributions may be directed to a
charity of choice. Arrangements
by the Ira Kaufman Chapel.
EDWARD ABRAHAM
LOVINGER, 90 of Boca Raton,
Fla., died Aug. 6. He was the
beloved husband of the late
Tobi Lovinger; beloved father of
the late Joseph Lovinger. He is
survived by his son and daugh-
ter-in-law, Gerald and Linda of
S.E. Olympia, Wash.; daughter
and son-in-law, Genie and Don
Davis of Lakeworth, Fla.;
brother and sister-in-law, Jack
and Beatrice of Tuscon, Ariz.,
sister, Grace Ross of West
Bloomfield; nine grandchildren;
12 great-grandchildren. Grave-
side services were held at Adat
Shalom Cemetery in Livonia.
