Stein is a member of varsity vol-
leyball, the state forensics team,
Model United Nations, Vocal En-
semble and the Roeper Theatre
Company. She was a nominee for
a U-M Regents-Alumni Scholar-
ship and received a Certificate of
Merit for the highest honor in sci-
ence and mathematics from the
Society of Women Engineers.
She plans to attend Brown Uni-
versity.

Strausz is a member of Nation-
al Honor Society, Phi Beta Kap-
pa and the debate and forensics
teams. He has held leadership
positions in his AZA chapter and
in Temple Emanu-El Temple
Youth. He has volunteered for
three years at Orchard's Chil-
dren's Services. He plans to at-
tend James Madison College at
Michigan State University and
study international relations and
Japanese.

Tisdale is a member of the Na-
tional Honor Society, Phi Beta
Kappa, varsity porn pon, Hu-
manities Club, editor of the 1995
Exodus Yearbook, religious and
cultural vice president of the
Youth Federation of Temple Is-
rael and a nominee for the U-M
Regents-Alumni Scholarship.
She plans to attend the Univer-
sity of Michigan and study the-
ology and education.

Wolfe placed 12th in the West-
inghouse Science Talent Search,
received first place in chemistry
and the Grand Award at the
Metro Detroit Science and Engi-
neering Fair, third place in chem-
istry at the International Science
and Engineering Fair, first place
at regional Junior Science and Hu-
manities Symposium. He earned
four letters in varsity soccer and
second team all-district. He has
won numerous awards in foren-
sics and Model United Nations.
He will attend Rice University.

Wolk is a member of the Na-
tional Honor Society, Phi Beta
Kappa, varsity softball, photog-
raphy and graphics editor of the
yearbook, former class officer and
recipient of a scholarship from
the Zionist Organization of
America for travel to Israel last
summer. Eleven years of piano
study will culminate in a solo
recital in June. She will attend
the University of Michigan.

Zacks is treasurer of National
Honor Society, Phi Beta Kappa,
captain of the debate team and
forensics team, vice president
and song leader of the Young
People's Society at Temple Beth
El, recipient of the Kutz Leader-
ship Academy Scholarship as the
top confirmand, honorable men-
tion League of Jewish Women's
Organizations and nominee for
a U-M Regents-Alumni Scholar-
ship. He will attend the Univer-
sity of Michigan Honors College.

Zendel is a member of the Na-
tional Honor Society, treasurer
of NFTY's Michigan Region, ex-
officio of Troy Area Temple
Youth, a Junior Rotarian, debate
team member, Sunday school
madricha, nominee for the
League of Jewish Women's
Youth Award and recipient of the
Zionist Organization of Ameri-
ca's Israel Scholarship. She plans
to attend Emory University.

Zonder has been an active
member of BBYO for four years,
this year serving on the Region-
al Executive Board. She has been
studying dance for nearly all her
life. This February she partici-
pated in a Habitat for Humani-
ty work project in South
Carolina. She is a past recipient
of the Farmington Schools Su-
perintendent's Award of Excel-
lence. She will attend the
University of Michigan Honors
College
