Susan Azar
SUSAN AZAR of Huntington
Woods has been promoted to mar-
keting director of the Laurel Park
Place retail and office complex in
Livonia.
Ms. Azar had been assistant
marketing director since March
1994, when she joined Schostak
Brothers & Company in South-
field, which manages the complex.
She is responsible for coordi-
nating special events, advertising
and public-relations activities at
Laurel Park Place, a 500,000
square foot facility.
Ms. Azar is a 1991 graduate of
the University of Michigan, where
she earned a bachelor's degree,
with honors, in English.

HOWARD NOVETSKY, a sales
associate with ERA Rymal Symes
Realtors in West Bloomfield, was
honored by parent company Elec-
tronic Realty Associates (ERA) for
sales during 1994.
Mr. Novetsky was cited for be-
ing one of the top producers in
closed-sales dollar volume for
ERA in Michigan and the No. 1
producer in the Birmingham/
Bloomfield, West Bloomfield and
Farmington Hills area.
The award was presented to
Mr. Novetsky at ERA's national
convention, held in Nashville,
Tenn. ERA is based in Overland
Park, Kan.

JEFFREY TACKEL has been
named manager at the Baker Fi-
nancial Group (BFG) in South-
field. He formerly was with the
American United Life Insurance
Company in Southfield.
BFG, which is affiliated with
the Massachusetts Mutual
Life Insurance Company, spe-
cializes in insurance planning
and programs as well as mutu-
al funds, bonds and securities,
executive compensation plans,
structured benefit consultation,
retirement plans and estate
planning.
