Jewish Family Service will host,
its fourth annual Housing Op-
tions for Older Adults Workshop
on Tuesday, April 4, at 7 p.m. at
the agency's Southfield building,
24123 Greenfield Road.
This forum will address ques-
tions regarding housing options
available to older adults in the
Jewish community. Forum
speakers include representatives
from the JFS Group Apartments
for the Elderly Program, Jewish
Home for Aged Prentis Manor
and Fleischman Residence, Jew-
ish Federation Apartments arid
the Sinai Senior Assessment and
Clinic.
The workshop is offered at no
cost. For registration, call Judy
Kotzen, (810) 559-1500.

Coffee House
At BAHM

The Adult Education Committee
and Cultural Commission of Con-
gregation Beth Abraham Hillel
Moses will present the second
Coffee House Evening of the 1995
season at 8 p.m., Saturday,
March 18. In this program,
"From Land to Land: A Jewish
Journey Through Story," story-
teller Corrine Stavish will trace
the movement of the Jewish peo-
ple from one place to another,
from Exodus to modern times.
Corrine Stavish has been a
professional storyteller for over
10 years.
All are welcome at this event,
though it is geared for adults.
Tickets will be available at the
door or in advance at the syna-
gogue. Refreshments will be

Parenting
Workshop

Jewish Family Service and its
Education Forum Committee will
sponsor "Defining the Limits," a
one-session workshop address-
ing issues surrounding child dis-
cipline.
JFS social workers Sue Faitler
and Sara Eisenmann will ad-
dress such topics as: discipline
that enhances self esteem, the
lines between discipline and
abuse, and age appropriate dis-
cipline.
The workshop and continental
breakfast will be offered free of
charge on Tuesday, March 28,
from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the Jew-
ish Federation Max M. Fisher
Building. For registration and in-
