Leonard Kasle

Leonard Kasle, 77, formerly of
Michigan of Sarasaota, Fla.,
died Feb. 4.
Mr. Kasle was the former
chairman of Kasle Steel Corpo-
ration. He was born in Ohio and
raised in Michigan. He received
his bachelor's degree from the
University of Michigan and his
master's degree from the Jew-
ish Institute of Religion in New
York City. He served with the
United States Marine Corps as
a Navy chaplain during World
War II. Subsequently, he joined
his family's business, Kasle
Steel Corporation, and rose to
become chairman and CEO. He
retired in 1994.
Mr. Kasle lead an active pro-
fessional and public life. He was

MAX BALL, 72, former Detroi-

12. Mr. Ball retired as senior vice
president for Albert's, Inc. where
he worked for over 30 years. He
was active in B'nai B'rith and the
City of Hope. He is survived by
his wife, Dorothy of Camarillo;
children, Leslie of Cheyenne,
Wyo., Howard of Roswell, Ga.;
brother, Meyer "Mike" of Ca-
marillo; five grandchildren. In-

MILDRED BOSS, 90, of South-
field, died Feb. 8. She is survived
by her sons and daughter-in-law,
Robert of Detroit, Herbert and
Lanie of Bloomfield Hills; grand-
children, Jeffrey (Cindy) Boss,
Denise (Scott) Olsen; great-
grandson, Joshua. Graveside ser-
vices were held at Clover Hill
Park Cemetery in Birmingham.

MORRIS BUCHZEIGER, 71, of
Oak Park, died Feb.14. Mr.
Buchzeiger was the beloved hus-
band of the late Goldie Buchzeiger.

Mr. Cornfield was an automotive
salesman and was an active
