Mr. Kasle was the former chairman of Kasle Steel Corpo- ration. He was born in Ohio and raised in Michigan. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and his master's degree from the Jew- ish Institute of Religion in New York City. He served with the United States Marine Corps as a Navy chaplain during World War II. Subsequently, he joined his family's business, Kasle Steel Corporation, and rose to become chairman and CEO.
