Oakland Community College's
Royal Oak campus will become a
culinary salon as the "Taste of
Royal Oak" returns on Sunday,
Feb. 12. Co-sponsored by Oak-
land Community College and the
Royal Oak Restaurant Associa-
tion, this year's benefit takes
place from noon to 4 p.m.
Purchase of a one-price ticket
permits "Taste" patrons to sam-
ple culinary delights from 40 par-
ticipating Royal Oak restaurants.
Proceeds will go to the sanctuary,
the Salvation Army, the Marshall
Fredericks Statue Foundation,
and to provide OCC scholarships
for Royal Oak Kimball, Dondero
and Shrine High School students.
Tickets are on sale at the
Royal Oak Campus Theater office
