RAYMOND GILBERT, 78, of
Oak Park, died Dec. 26. Mr.
Gilbert operated an income tax
office in Detroit under the name
of Ray's Income Tax Service. He
contributed to many organiza-
tions including Allied Jewish
Campaign, City of Hope, Memo-
rial Sloan Cancer Research,
March of Dimes, Multiple Scle-
rosis, JCC, Alzheimers, Muscu-
lar Dystrophy, JARC. He was a
member of the Jewish War Vet-
erans. He is survived by his wife,

law, Sherwin of Las Vegas, Nev.,
Maurice and Veronica-Gilbert of
Dallas; sister, Ruth Bell of Chica-
