The Jewish National Fund offers income producing plans
that allow you to "Give and Get."

You May invest Cash, Real Estate or Securities.

By establishing any of the gift plans outlined, you will have the
unique opportunity to make a contribution, save on income taxes
and have a guaranteed income for life. And, you will be helping
the Jewish National Fund continue its vital work in Israel.

High Yield from Pooled Income. Monies are invested in high
interest bearing accounts such as FDIC insured CDs and Blue
Chip Corporate Bonds. Income fluctuates based on investments
of fund.

High Yield from Gift Annuities. Because part of the payment
may be TAX FREE, the actual net yield to the recipient results in
a higher rate of return. Your return is set at the time the trust is
established based on age of recipient.

Charitable Deduction. The charitable deduction is taken in the
year the trust is established and may be carried forward for a five
year period. The deduction is based on the ages of the recipients
and the income you receive.

Jack and Bernice Epstein are 72
and 69 years old. Ten years ago, they
invested $20,000 in common stocks,
and now their investment is worth
$100,000. Their stock pays them 2%
interest, and they wish to sell their
holdings, reinvest, and earn a stable
return.

They realize, however, that when they sell the stocks they will
owe over $30,000 for federal and state Capital gains taxes. JNF
solved their problem by accepting their stock for a JNF charitable
remainder trust. Jack and Bernice received the following benefits:
• Their income was increased from $2,000
to $7,000 a year.
• They received a tax deduction of $29,460 for
making a charitable gift.
• The $30,000 capital gains tax was reduced to ZERO.
• They reduced their probate and taxable estate.
• They provided JNF with a future gift to help
meet Israel's needs.

If you want to do what Jack and Bernice Epstein did,
we are ready to help you without any cost or obligation.
