Fitness Program
Join the women of Temple Beth
El Sisterhood Dec. 5 at 9:30 a.m.
as they learn "How to Keep Fit
and Eat Healthy" in a hands-on
demonstration at the temple.
They will begin with "Stretching
and Movement" at 9:30 a.m. led
by Debra Bernstein-Siegel, pro-
fessional dancer and practicing.

past 20 years. Long interested in
the connection between mind and
body, Ms. Bernstein-Siegel holds
two degrees from Ohio State Uni-
versity, a bachelor of fine arts and
a master of arts in dance and psy-
chology.
At 10:30 a.m., participants will
replace their burnt calories with
a healthful brunch and learn how
to continue eating healthfully
with Gail Posner, register dietit-
ian. A graduate of the Universi-
ty of Michigan with a bachelor of
science, Ms. Posner also holds a
master of science in nutrition
from Case Western.
Reservations are necessary
and there is a charge for the pro-
gram which is open to the com-
