Covers Education

On the Shaarey Zedek television
program for Oct., Geri Levit, host
and producer of the telecast, in-
terviews three people involved in
Jewish education in this area.
Harriet and Greg Orley are the
co-chairpersons of the annual
event at Congregation Shaarey
Zedek called "Tapestry, The
Weaving of Jewish Life."
The second segment of the
program is devoted to the open-
ing of the Florence Melton Adult
Mini-School of metro Detroit,
which is coordinated by the
Midrasha Center for Adult Jew-
ish Learning. Midrasha Director
Nancy Kaplan discusses the cur-
riculum.
All programs can be seen mul-
tiple times a month and also can
be found in the Shaarey Zedek
Library. The broadcast is record-
ed at the facilities of Continental
Cable Corporation in West
Bloomfield Michigan.
